Location: Reportage Sales Office, Sea Breeze, Baku

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
• Lead and manage the sales team effectively
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide regular performance reports to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate
• Proven experience in leading sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written); Russian or Arabic is a plus
• Strong understanding of the real estate market in Azerbaijan
