Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, provide comprehensive and detailed information about the projects, respond to questions with well-reasoned answers, and explain the quality and other distinguishing features of the project (apartments);
- Work in accordance with the company’s strategy to achieve the assigned sales targets;
- Provide suggestions to stimulate sales;
- Propose ideas to expand the customer base and attract new clients;
- Oversee post-sale processes and monitor customer service quality.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Relevant work experience in the field;
- Good computer skills (MS Office programs);
- Strong communication and speaking skills;
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
