Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and activities at the construction site to ensure that structural work is carried out according to the approved engineering designs and project plans.
• Supervise the construction of structural elements, including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and other key components, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure that construction practices meet or exceed industry standards, quality expectations, and local building codes.
• Work closely with the project manager, architects, and other engineers to track project progress and ensure that structural work is progressing according to the project timeline.
• Coordinate and monitor material deliveries to ensure that the right quality.
• Perform regular inspections of on-site construction to ensure that structural work complies with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Identify and address any potential issues, defects, or discrepancies in the structural work and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders on the status of structural work.
• Document any changes or modifications to the structural design.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification or licensing as a Structural Engineer
• Proven experience in supervising structural works on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Familiarity with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards related to structural construction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
