Role Summary

• AS Group is undergoing a comprehensive corporate transformation, with ERP integration at its core. As Head of IT, you will be the architect and strategic leader of AS Group's entire digital ecosystem, spearheading the deployment of a new ERP platform that will unify all operations across subsidiaries in construction, logistics, real estate, production, and services. Your role will be to ensure full alignment between business strategy and IT capability, ensuring a secure, scalable, and future-proof digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities 

• ERP Strategy & Implementation Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Groups new ERP system. Coordinate ERP needs across all subsidiaries; define integration architecture, customization needs, and data migration strategy.
• Ensure ERP aligns with business processes, SOPs, and KPI frameworks being developed during the transformation. Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments and the Head of Business Process Management (BPM).

IT Governance & Transformation

• Establish IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, software compliance standards, and data governance rules across all AS Group companies. Develop a long-term digital transformation roadmap in line with AS Groups strategic plan. Lead system integrations with BI Group digital ecosystem if JV is formed (e.g., BIG App, Bnect, Opera Build, YSP, etc.)

Infrastructure & Operations 

• Oversee IT infrastructure design and operations across all business locations, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and manage budgets for IT systems, hardware/software procurement, and digital tools. Lead in-house and external vendor management for IT services.

Team Leadership

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing internal IT team that can handle both operational support and transformation execution.
• Organize training programs to ensure internal adoption and competency in new ERP and IT systems. Establish a structure of IT support for both the holding and all operating subsidiaries.

Risk Management & Security

• Ensure cyber resilience and secure handling of sensitive business and financial data. Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Comply with local and international data protection and IT regulations.
