Main responsibilities:

  • Searching and Attracting new clients;
  • Visiting customers Onsite and consulting them on relevant trade lanes and markets;
  • Building and expanding long-term relationships with the existing Customers and new business;
  • Cooperation with AsstrA across the globe;
  • Development & Control of individual KPI targets  - personal sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales within an international logistics company;
  • Exceptional problem solving, communicative skills;
  • Proactivity and responsibility;
  • A solid understanding of the logistics market, freight forwarding, and transportation;
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills that impress clients and close deals;
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and always aiming for results;
  • A passion for customer success and business development.
