As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of ATL Academy by engaging with prospective students and corporate clients. Your primary responsibility will be to increase enrollments and generate new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the educational and tech industry, and a results-driven attitude. Performance in this role will be measured against specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are achieved. We also offer a bonus structure for each successful sale, providing additional earning opportunities for high-performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential students and corporate clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Engage in outreach efforts to generate and qualify leads.
  • Conduct sales consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored course recommendations.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of ATL Academy’s programs and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track sales progress using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and education teams based on customer interactions and market needs.
  • Foster long-term relationships with students, corporate clients, and industry partners.
  • Participate in follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell courses and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Work within a structured KPI system, with performance goals set for lead generation, client meetings, conversions, and overall revenue.
  • Track key sales metrics and report on performance regularly.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve outreach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-3 years proven experience in sales, preferably within the education, IT, or tech sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the IT and education industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
