Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term PR and marketing strategies tailored to the construction and real estate sectors;
- Plan and lead advertising and sales support campaigns for the market launch of construction projects;
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to align marketing activities with sales targets;
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media (SMM), project websites, and online listing platforms;
- Conduct real estate market analysis, monitor competitor activity, and prepare forecasts on pricing trends and customer behavior;
- Oversee the development of sales materials (brochures, models, visual presentations), project showrooms, and promotional videos;
- Establish and manage corporate partnerships (developers, agencies, media, and PR partners);
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure all project campaigns are implemented within the approved financial framework;
- Strengthen brand positioning in the market and enhance the image of the company and its projects;
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, analyze outcomes in collaboration with sales data, and present findings to senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role; experience in real estate/construction is preferred;
- Languages: Fluency in Azerbaijani (excellent), Russian (good), and English (good);
- Solid knowledge of digital tools and strategies used in marketing and sales of construction projects;
- Strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:30
- Lunch provided by the company

- Salary: 5000–6000 AZN
