ASG Business Aviation CAMO Organisation is seeking to recruit Aircraft Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our rapidly growing Part CAMO team at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Planning Specialist with ASG Business Aviation, you will be part of the Continuing Airworthiness Team, reporting directly to the Nominated Post Holder for Continuing Airworthiness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Ensuring that planning of all scheduled maintenance activities is in line with the approved maintenance programme and timely completion of scheduled maintenance by approved Part-145 organizations.
• Supporting maintenance forecasting, planning reviews and operational maintenance requirements
• Maintaining control system to track and manage defects and non-conformities found on aircraft.
• Developing, reviewing, and updating the Computerised Aircraft Maintenance Program and maintenance planning data.
• Ensuring that all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work is carried out appropriately and in accordance with approved maintenance procedures;
• To ensure that the ASG fleet is maintained to the highest levels of airworthiness and safety standards.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

• University Degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Industrial or equivalent is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and fluency (written and verbal) in the English language is required.

Work Experience

• Previous experience in CAMO, Maintenance Planning, Engineering Services or a similar aviation environment is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of airworthiness regulations, including Part-CAMO and Part-145 requirements.
• Familiarity with aircraft operating systems and components is desirable.
• Familiarity with AAR rules and regulations pertaining to the continuing airworthiness of aircraft is desirable.
• Comfortable working with a team of professionals (Engineers and Technicians) in a frequently changing environment with heavy work-load schedules and ad-hoc scenarios.

Working conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Mardakan highway
• Work schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 10:00 to 19:00)
• Transportation is provided by the company from Koroglu m/s.
