Aviation Services Group GHC branch is seeking a Flight Safety Specialist to join its team.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Aviation or a related field.
- Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
- Work experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of and compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) and ISAGO standards.
- Conduct internal flight safety audits and inspections.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and develop mitigation measures.
- Investigate aviation occurrences and incidents, prepare reports, and maintain related documentation.
- Develop safety procedures, instructions, and Safety Bulletins, and communicate them to employees.
- Monitor the elimination of identified non-conformities and track the implementation of corrective actions.
- Manage the flight safety reporting system and provide regular reports to management.
- Prepare recommendations for improvements and changes in line with national and international aviation safety requirements.
Working Conditions:
- Employment is regulated in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Location: Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Baku.
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
- Salary: AZN 1,350 Azn (net).
