Aviation Services Group Sky Catering branch is looking for Food and Beverage Warehouse Coordinator.

We are seeking to hire a Food and Beverage Warehouse Coordinator with strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with experience in managing food and beverage stock in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the work of warehouse employees and ensure proper organization of the department’s activities.
• Organize operations in accordance with safety regulations and demand compliance from personnel.
• Prepare monthly analytical reports on purchases, usage, and stock balances and present them to management.
• Be able to work with 1C, ERP systems, Excel, and other office programs.
• Monitor the processes of receiving, storing, and releasing products and ensure the application of FIFO and FEFO principles.
• Together with responsible personnel, organize re-inspection of high-risk products arriving from abroad and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and temperature control requirements in the warehouse in accordance with HACCP standards.
• Provide information to the department and management in case any food safety-related non-compliances are identified.
• Ensure proper recording of lot numbers, production/storage dates, and certificate information.
• Ensure operational information exchange regarding product availability and shortages.
• Ensure timely presentation of required documents and information during audits.
• Execute management’s instructions regarding warehouse tasks and warehouse-related procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Azerbaijani (native); good level of Russian and English is required for communication and reporting.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics (specifically in Food and Beverage sector), with a track record of overseeing large-scale warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and 1C for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area
• Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week).
• The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on).
