We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Aviation Services Group. 

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing procurement activities, sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services critical to aviation operations. This role demands strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

 Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for aviation goods and services.
• Manage the procurement process and vendor selection.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs.
• Manage import/export documentation and ensure adherence to customs requirements.

The main requirements:

• Higher education
• Excellent level of Azerbaijani language, upper intermediate of Russian and English
• At least 1 year of work experience in the Procurement field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel is a must), MS Outlook 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
• Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 10:00 to 19:00).
• Salary – 1120 azn nett.
• The company provides free service transportations from Koroglu m/s.
• Free parking for ones who uses personal cars.
