Job responsibilities
- Support monthly bonus and compensation calculations;
- Validate KPI and performance results across departments;
- Maintain and clean HR data;
- Build and update reports using Excel, Power Query, Power BI;
- Assist in improving and automating compensation reporting processes.
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills, and Power Query knowledge;
- Understanding of data structures and willingness to learn SQL;
- Attention to detail, accuracy, discipline;
- Ability to work with large datasets.
Nice to have:
- Power BI basics;
- Experience with HR or operational data.
