Job responsibilities

  • Support monthly bonus and compensation calculations;
  • Validate KPI and performance results across departments;
  • Maintain and clean HR data;
  • Build and update reports using Excel, Power Query, Power BI;
  • Assist in improving and automating compensation reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills, and Power Query knowledge;
  • Understanding of data structures and willingness to learn SQL;
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, discipline;
  • Ability to work with large datasets.

Nice to have:

  • Power BI basics;
  • Experience with HR or operational data.
