Job responsibilities
- Participation in order processing and tracking their execution
- Registration of incoming purchase requests and preparation of purchase orders for suppliers
- Collection and comparison of supplier quotations; preparation of comparison tables
- Control and maintenance of purchasing documentation and timely updating of the database
- Assistance in communication with suppliers and contractors
- Interaction with internal departments (logistics, finance, warehouse)
- Preparation of regular purchasing status reports
- Performance of other administrative tasks within the purchasing department as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Strong communication skills,
- Computer skills (MS Excell, 1C)
- Azerbaijani – fluent; English and Russian – intermediate;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills;
- The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
