Job responsibilities

  • The Senior IT Call Center Operator is responsible for handling advanced technical support requests, supervising; first-line support activities, and ensuring high-quality IT service delivery;
  • This role acts as a senior escalation point within the IT Service Desk and supports continuous improvement of service processes;
  • Handle incoming IT support calls, emails, and service tickets;
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support;
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely;
  • Escalate complex incidents to appropriate IT teams.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years experience in IT service desk or technical support;
  • Strong knowledge of: Windows OS and basic server concepts;
  • Active Directory (password reset, user management);
  • Networking basics (LAN, VPN, DNS);
  • IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, MESD, etc).
