Job responsibilities
- The Senior IT Call Center Operator is responsible for handling advanced technical support requests, supervising; first-line support activities, and ensuring high-quality IT service delivery;
- This role acts as a senior escalation point within the IT Service Desk and supports continuous improvement of service processes;
- Handle incoming IT support calls, emails, and service tickets;
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support;
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely;
- Escalate complex incidents to appropriate IT teams.
Requirements
- 3–4 years experience in IT service desk or technical support;
- Strong knowledge of: Windows OS and basic server concepts;
- Active Directory (password reset, user management);
- Networking basics (LAN, VPN, DNS);
- IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, MESD, etc).
