- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel;
- Answering and managing phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed;
- Handling inquiries and providing information to clients and the public;
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence;
- Coordinating of stationary stock and log;
- Coordinating Company mail issues, responsible for communication with courier companies.
- Higher education;
- Essential skills for a receptionist include excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijany and English languages ( Russian is an advantage);
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employee;
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly;
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with visitors;
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive.
