Job Purpose:
To ensure effective cost management in construction projects by monitoring expenses, verifying completed work, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and maintaining transparent use of investor funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Control - Monitor actual project expenses, compare them with the approved budget, and analyze variances.
- Work Progress Verification - Review and approve contractor reports, ensuring that reported quantities align with actual progress on-site.
- Contract Compliance - Ensure all cost calculations and payments comply with contract terms, rates, and conditions.
- Market Price Analysis - Benchmark project costs against market rates and identify any inflated or unjustified expenses.
- Team Coordination - Coordinate activities between the Financial Analyst, Legal Advisor, and Procurement Specialist.
- Financial Reporting - Oversee the preparation and accuracy of cost reports for management and investors.
- Investment Monitoring - Track the use of investor funds and ensure alignment with the approved project budget.
- Risk Management - Identify financial and operational risks and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field.
- Min. 10 years of relevant construction experience, including site supervision and project coordination.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent communication, planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking, decision-making ability, precision and compliance focused.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera P6 (preferred)
Working Conditions:
