What we expect:
- Carrying out, following and developing the production and maintenance activities of the machinery & equipment to ensure that the planned production is carried out effectively.
- To organize the trainings of foreman, operators and technicians working on the machinery & equipment, to ensure the management of the employees.
- To develop people and process capability according to short-term and long-term needs.
- Plan, develop and realize protective and preventive maintenance programs in order to ensure compliance of
machinery & equipment. - Ensure realization of planned production program, Carry out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process.
- Develop work safety procedures, make sure the team under supervision follows rules.
- Set up machine maintenances according to plan.
- Manage the spare parts stock level
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum functional experience 2 years
- English language skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
