Work Location: Gadabay and Agdara, Azerbaijan
Work Schedule: 22 working days / 9 rest days
Candidate Requirements:
- University degree in Emergency Situations, Safety of Life Activity, Environmental Engineering, or Medical field
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English is an asset
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HSE compliance is in place all over the site
- Conducting Health, Safety and Environmental audits and reporting the substandard and unsafe conditions and acts to their direct supervisor
- Conducting the risk assessments
- Attend the incident investigation process and prepare the incident reports
- Conducting the HSE trainings and inductions
- Coordinate with all Company staff to strengthen the HSE culture
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
