Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate ocean freight shipments from booking to final delivery
- Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and service providers
- Handle documentation, including Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, and invoices
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients on cargo status
- Work closely with internal departments to optimize supply chain processes
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean freight logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is required
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus
