Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers
  • Analyze sales trends, customer segments, and competitor activity
  • Make cold calls and send outbound emails to generate leads
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through regular communication
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns
  • Track all communication in CRM and follow up consistently
  • Present services clearly and confidently to clients
  • Contribute to improving the sales process and customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Self-driven, curious, and comfortable with cold outreach
  • Experience with B2B sales is a plus
  • Organized and able to handle multiple leads simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English & Russian
  • Passion for logistics, transport, or international trade is a bonus
