General Requirements:

• University Diploma
• Relevant  Degree/Certification
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, minimum 2-3 years 
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Offshore/Onshore Experience in Oil and Gas fields 
• Knowledge of HSSE and COW system
• Preparation of Control of Work documents
• Maintenance Order closeout as applicable and Reporting
• Intermediate English Level 

Job Description:

Installation, Maintaining and troubleshooting of field instrumentation devices for process equipment, including

• Flow devices
• Pressure devices
• Temperature devices
• Direct and inferential level measurement devices
• Fire & Gas System, Detectors and call points 
• Analyzers
• Analytical equipment and instrumentation

Non- specialist repair and breakdown maintenance activities -installation, calibration, inspection, and troubleshooting of instruments devices

Compression & screwed fittings 

Emergency Shutdown 

Extinguisher Systems 

Ancillaries

Valves

Fixed and portable analyzers 

ICSS

UCP 

CPs

Anti-surge 

Rotating Equipment

Identify, interpret and effectively use drawings and documentation related to instrumentation and process controls including Electrical One-line diagrams, Elementary diagrams, wiring schematics, control schematics, P&ID’s, Cause and Effect diagrams, Instrument Loop diagrams, Interconnect diagrams, etc.

Work safely on AC/DC distribution systems for 24volts 4-20mAmps.

Troubleshoot, defect elimination, root cause failure and related improvement actions for the instrument systems

Plan and direct procurement of repair parts and material for instrument systems for project and maintenance purposes.
