Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting, rigging, or heavy transport operations within construction, oil & gas, industrial or similar environments.
- Proven experience supervising crane operations, heavy lifting activities and transport logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and review lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments.
- Strong knowledge of cranes, lifting gear, transport vehicles, rigging configurations and load calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all lifting and transport operations in accordance with project requirements and safety standards.
- Prepare and review lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments, and related technical documentation.
- Ensure that cranes, lifting equipment, transport vehicles, and accessories are certified, properly maintained, and used safely.
- Coordinate daily activities with site management, subcontractors, rigging teams, and equipment operators.
- Monitor lifting and transportation works to ensure compliance with HSE policies and operational procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance to riggers, operators, and transport personnel.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to minimize risks.
- Verify load calculations, equipment selection, rigging configurations, and ground conditions before operations.
- Report any incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions and participate in investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, equipment inspections, and transport activities.

- Mon–Fri: 07:15 – 17:00
- Saturday: 07:15 – 15:30
