Role Synopsis:

AZROKSAN LLC is seeking an NDT Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of high-precision components used in special industry, with expertise in non-destructive testing methodologies and the ability to develop, implement, and monitor processes in accordance with national and international standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Select appropriate NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT, VT, ET, PAUT) based on project requirements
• Develop and revise inspection procedures, technique sheets, and work instructions
• Analyze and interpret inspection data for technical evaluation
• Plan and document training for NDT operators and technicians
• Manage EN ISO 9712 / NAS-410 certification and qualification processes
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, quality systems
• Evaluate and audit NDT practices at supplier facilities
• Provide engineering-level support during internal and external audits
• Administer NDT-related software tools and digital reporting systems

Required background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, or relevant Engineering field
• Certified to at least Level II (preferably Level III) in at least two methods per EN ISO 9712 or NAS-410

Required skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NDT engineering
• Background in aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing industries
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and inspection procedures
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, and PLM systems (preferably MES)
• Willingness to work in shifts and actively participate in field inspections
