About the Job:
- Azroksan is expanding its Administrative Affairs function and is seeking a Transportation and Communication Services Specialist to plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation services within and outside company facilities, ensure contract and budget compliance, and support effective administrative communication processes within a structured industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise employee transportation services (on-site and off-site routes) when assigned
- Optimize service routes and determine service users according to operational needs
- Inspect private, rental, and service vehicles; monitor driver compliance and report non-conformities
- Support preparation of transportation service tender documents and technical specifications
- Monitor contractor compliance with contract terms and initiate contractual actions when necessary
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets related to transportation services
- Coordinate company-owned and leased vehicle planning (on-site, intra-city, intercity when required)
- Control and verify invoices related to transportation and administrative service procurements
- Plan and organize employee parking arrangements
- Coordinate transportation services for hospitality and official events
- Create and monitor driver training and periodic inspection schedules
- Conduct official correspondence related to Administrative Affairs and ensure proper archiving
- Support internal communication flow between departments regarding transportation planning and operational updates
- Assist in preparing communication notices, service announcements, and coordination messages to employees
- Perform other tasks assigned by management in line with company interests and internal regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or related fields
- Experience in transportation coordination, fleet management, or administrative services
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract follow-up
- Strong organizational, reporting, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani; English is an advantage
