Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations.
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Help analyze and interpret compensation data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and other incentives.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business units on reward-related matters.
  • Assist in HR system updates and data accuracy for compensation processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, compensation & benefits, or a similar area (internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and HR information systems.
  • Basic familiarity with compensation strategies, salary frameworks, and benefits coordination.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills and capacity to work with diverse teams.
