Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role is crucial in ensuring that our workforce remains competitive and capable of meeting the evolving demands of the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, and professional development courses.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions using various methods such as workshops, e-learning, and hands-on activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is a plus.
