Aztelekom LLC, a leading telecommunications company in Azerbaijan, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a QA Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build and lead Quality Assurance team and play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining business processes in line with ISO standards.Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  • Develop, document, and continuously improve business processes to align with ISO standards and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality assurance processes are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance, highlighting key trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices and driving quality initiatives.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Quality Management, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor certificate achieved from an internationally recognized training academy.
  • Proven experience in a QA management role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and experience in implementing and maintaining ISO-compliant processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools/software.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages.
