Key Goal

To manage B&B Security strategic and operational relationships with its technology vendor and OEM partners — ensuring maximum value from vendor programs, pricing, and support, negotiating favorable terms, maintaining contractual compliance, and evolving the portfolio to match market demand.

Responsibilities (Managerial & Operational)

  • Own day-to-day relationships with vendor partner and channel managers, account teams, and executive stakeholders — regular business reviews, escalations, and joint planning;
  • Manage deal registration, special pricing (NSP) requests, and MDF/co-marketing fund applications across all vendor partners;
  • Track and maintain B&B’s partner tier and certification status with each vendor, including renewal deadlines for technical and sales accreditations;
  • Ensure vendor commitments — product delivery, service levels, and quality standards — are consistently met;
  • Coordinate pricing and quoting with vendors on behalf of the sales team, ensuring proposals are competitive and accurate;
  • Monitor vendor roadmaps, new product releases, and partner program changes, and brief the commercial and technical teams on what matters;
  • Spot gaps in the portfolio and lead evaluation of new vendors to fill them;
  • Organize vendor-funded enablement — technical and sales training, certifications, co-marketing events, joint webinars and conference participation;
  • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs), to secure favorable outcomes;
  • Review and manage contractual obligations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk;
  • Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and updates in partnership with internal teams (sales, finance, legal);
  • Handle order placement and tracking with vendors;
  • Support tenders and RFPs on the vendor side: authorization letters, technical compliance documentation, reference materials;
  • Track vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, win rates, margin, and support quality; report regularly and escalate issues or service gaps as needed;
  • Collaborate with the sales team on timely delivery of vendor products and services in support of customer commitments;
  • Carry out additional instructions and tasks assigned by management.

Competencies (Soft Skills)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills;
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset;
  • Initiative and strong follow-up discipline;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Team collaboration across commercial and technical functions;
