About the role:

The role of a Junior Listing Officer involves supporting listing processes, ensuring issuer compliance, and assisting in the development of business relationships with capital market participants. The position plays an important role in maintaining high standards of transparency and governance while contributing to the smooth operation of listing and disclosure activities.

By working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Junior Listing Officer supports market development initiatives and helps strengthen trust in Azerbaijan’s capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop business relations with existing and prospective capital market participants.
  • Support the listing process by preparing and reviewing documentation submitted by issuers.
  • Maintain and update the issuer database and monitor application progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of listing activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support in listing, trading, and disclosure processes.
  • Organize meetings, forums, and events with capital market participants.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external use.
  • Stay informed about listing regulations and market trends.
  • Handle issuer inquiries and support onboarding.
  • Contribute to a culture of accuracy, collaboration, and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of work experience in the financial sector.
  • Strong interest and basic knowledge of finance and capital markets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documents and data.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, responsible, and open to learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of capital market instruments and business strategy.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and initiative-driven attitude.
