Role Overview:
- The Branding Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, production, installation, and dismantling of all branding elements for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. This role ensures all branding meets Formula 1 global guidelines, satisfies stakeholder requirements, and enhances the fan and sponsor experience on-site and via media broadcasts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive branding delivery plan across the venue and surrounding areas.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and workflows from design to dismantling.
- Liaise with Formula 1’s central branding team to ensure brand guideline compliance.
- Coordinate with race promoters, sponsors, suppliers, broadcasters, and local authorities.
- Ensure branding obligations for commercial partners are fulfilled.
- Oversee branding for all venue areas, including trackside signage, grandstands, hospitality, media, and public spaces.
- Ensure quality control across all branding assets—print, digital, and experiential.
- Manage vendor relationships for production and installation.
- Supervise on-site installation and dismantling teams.
- Coordinate branding budget, procurement, and invoicing with finance.
- Prepare post-event branding evaluations and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand activation, event branding, or signage production (F1 or motorsport experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of branding in both print and physical environments.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; Azerbaijani and/or Russian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is an advantage.
