We're Hiring: HSE Coordinator

Location: Ganja and other host cities

We are looking for an experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team and ensure a safe, compliant, and risk-free work environment. If you have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management and are passionate about workplace safety, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and venue inspections to identify potential hazards
• Coordinate and deliver safety briefings, inductions, and training sessions
• Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions
• Ensure proper use of PPE by all staff, contractors, and volunteers
• Work closely with event departments to implement preventative safety measures
• Support emergency response planning and act as a liaison during emergencies
• Maintain up-to-date records and daily HSE documentation throughout the event

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in fire safety, crowd control, or event HSE roles
• Previous experience in HSE roles, preferably in large-scale events or temporary venues
• Good knowledge of safety standards, risk management, and local HSE legislation
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively under pressure
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage
