Baku City Circuit Operating Company is looking for experienced and highly skilled Medical Manager to lead and oversee all medical operations for the 3rd CIS Games 2025. This role requires strong leadership in sports medicine, emergency response, and healthcare coordination to ensure the safety and well-being of athletes, staff, and spectators.
Location: Baku (relocation to other regions are required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee comprehensive medical services at all event venues.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, injury management protocols, and evacuation strategies.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage a team of doctors, paramedics, first responders, and medical volunteers.
- Compliance & Medical Regulations: Ensure compliance with health regulations, doping control protocols (WADA), and sports medicine best practices.
- Medical Equipment & Infrastructure: Organize and maintain medical facilities, ambulances, first aid stations, and necessary medical supplies.
- Incident & Risk Management: Maintain detailed medical records, oversee health screenings, and coordinate with hospitals for advanced care.
- Training & Safety Briefings: Conduct medical training sessions, emergency response drills, and staff briefings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary medical liaison between sports federations, health authorities, and event organizers.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Sports Medicine, or a related healthcare field (MD, DO, or equivalent preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in medical management, sports medicine, or emergency response.
- Emergency & Trauma Expertise: Strong knowledge of injury management, life support protocols (ALS, ATLS), and mass event medical care.
- Leadership & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage large-scale medical teams in high-pressure environments.
- Certifications: Advanced First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Medicine Training (ATLS, ACLS preferred).
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English (Russian or other CIS languages is a plus).
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to relocate and travel as required for the event.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale sporting events or international competitions.
- Knowledge of sports health and safety regulations for mass gatherings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and injury reporting protocols.
