Job responsibilities
- Preparation of F&B department for operation including setting up tables, decorating the surroundings, light cleaning and other specified tasks.
- Take care of guests from arrival to leaving the outlet according to standards
- Accept and provide guests' meal and drink orders, and, if possible, sell escorted products (services) in accordance with established standards
- Ensure that all sales transactions are properly registered in the Micros cash system, comply with the procedures for issuing, canceling or adjusting checks in the F&B department.
- Know how to operate all the technical equipment which needs to be used
- Work closely in a supportive and flexible way with other employees and departments under the slogan "We are a team!"
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality
- Effective communication skills with guests and staff
- Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
- Proficient in Azeri and English, Russian is an advantage
