Location: Baku city, Garadagh region, Baku-Astara highway 25km.
The company operating in the marine and construction industry is seeking a Junior Accountant. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Finance Department in managing inventory and fixed asset operations with accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor asset movements in ERP (1C) and adjust fixed asset records accordingly
- Control and account for fixed asset issues from stock to production
- Process depreciation and repairs of fixed assets
- Support annual physical inventory and cycle count processes
- Maintain accurate inventory records including receipts, transfers, and adjustments
- Ensure correct recognition of customs, logistics, and other costs in the value of goods
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory or fixed asset accounting
- General knowledge of statutory accounting; familiarity with IFRS
- Experience using accounting software and ERP systems (1C is a plus)
- Professional-level proficiency in Azerbaijani and English
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of MRP and inventory control systems
