Backup və Disaster Recovery (DR)

Microsoft 365 və Bulud Texnologiyaları

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune) idarə edilməsi

Təhlükəsizlik və Antivirus

• Antivirus və endpoint security həllərinin idarə edilməsi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a System Administrator with expertise in VMware, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions. This role will be responsible for managing servers, storage, antivirus, backup strategies, and Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities:

Virtualization & Server Management

• Administering VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter
• Deploying and optimizing new hosts and storage
• Managing Windows Server and Linux-based VMs

Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR)

• Managing backup and replication solutions
• Developing and testing disaster recovery plans

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration

• Administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
• Managing Active Directory (AD) and user permissions

Security & Antivirus

• Managing antivirus and endpoint security solutions
• Conducting security audits, patching, and applying updates

Networking & IT Support

• Managing DNS, DHCP, and network security
• Supporting VPN connections and firewall rules

Business Application Management

• Managing ERP systems and database solutions

Projects & Innovation

• Assisting in setting up the new IVR system for the call center
• Researching and proposing new technologies

Requirements:

• Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter
• Experience managing Windows Server and Linux systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with backup and replication solutions
• Basic knowledge of networking and security (Firewall, VPN)
• Experience managing ERP systems is a plus
• Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, VCP) are a plus
