Key Responsibilities
- Actively search for and attract CE category truck drivers from Argentina and experienced CE truck drivers in Europe.
- Use various recruitment channels, social media, databases and other sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, work history and required documents.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the recruitment team and other company departments.
- Meet agreed recruitment and candidate attraction targets.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish language – both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in recruitment and candidate attraction is required.
- Experience recruiting truck drivers or other professional drivers is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with international candidates or foreign markets is an advantage.
- Ability to actively source and attract candidates, rather than only process incoming applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident telephone and online communication skills.
- Ability to identify qualified and experienced professional drivers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Initiative, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong motivation to achieve recruitment targets and results.
