Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable On-Call Service Representative to handle phone and email service requests during overnight hours. This role is crucial in ensuring that our drivers receive timely and effective support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from drivers between 5 PM and 8 AM. (6 PM – 9 AM AZ time)
- Handle service requests related to fuel, road conditions, fines, Drivers Health issues, Traffic accidents and damage reports.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to driver’s issues.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
- If necessary, communicate with police officers regarding fines and traffic accidents. Communicate with gas station operators and other suppliers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (EN + RU necessary, other (DE, FR, IT - would be a bonus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working handling overnight shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry.
- Knowledge of road regulations and fines/penalties.
- Previous experience or good understanding of handling traffic accidents and vehicle damage claims (according to EU law).
