Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and reliable On-Call Service Representative to handle phone and email service requests during overnight hours. This role is crucial in ensuring that our drivers receive timely and effective support.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from drivers between 10 AM and 7 PM.
  • Handle service requests related to fuel, road conditions, fines, Drivers Health issues, Traffic accidents and damage reports.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to driver’s issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
  • If necessary, communicate with police officers regarding fines and traffic accidents. Communicate with gas station operators and other suppliers when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, logistics, call centers, or insurance departments or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (EN + RU necessary, other (DE, FR, IT - would be a bonus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working handling overnight shifts.
  • Good computer skills programs: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the transport and logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of road regulations and fines/penalties.
  • Previous experience or good understanding of handling traffic accidents and vehicle damage claims (according to EU law).

Salary: 900-1000 AZN NETTO
