We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to drive the adoption of our security solutions by providing pre-sales technical support and expertise to prospective clients.
Responsibilities 

  • Prepare technical documents, solution architecture proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs that outline the features, benefits, and implementation strategies of our security solutions. Design, implement, and integrate SOC tools, including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR/XDR platforms.
  • Lead technical product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the capabilities of PAM, DLP, Email Security, NAC and related products to prospective clients. Ensure compliance with necessary cybersecurity regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, assisting in identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, and articulating the value proposition of our cybersecurity products (PAM, DLP, Email Security, etc.).
  • Assist customers in conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to validate the effectiveness of the proposed security solutions and ensure alignment with customer requirements. Stay informed about new cyber threats and technologies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication between technical and sales efforts, aligning solution offerings with customer expectations.

Personnel specifications

  • Diploma: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of practical experience in cybersecurity.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Pre-sales engineer or cybersecurity engineer 

Specific areas of expertise:

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role in the cybersecurity industry, particularly with PAM, DLP, Email Security, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies, Email Security platforms, and related security solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing or supporting PAM, DLP, and Email Security solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Experience in creating and presenting solution proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Ability to travel as required (if applicable).

Certifications

  • Internationally recognized certifications from leading cybersecurity vendors such as Fortinet, CyberArk, Splunk, Forcepoint, CompTIA etc. are preferred.
