Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters, including corporate governance and compliance.
- Advise clients on labor law issues, including employment contracts, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop legal strategies and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law and labor law.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and labor law principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
