Key responsibilities
- Perform personnel-related operations within the ƏMAS system;
- Prepare, process and register employment-related documentation through ƏMAS;
- Maintain and update employee information and personnel records in the system;
- Process employment contracts, amendments, leave records and other personnel-related operations in ƏMAS;
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely updating of personnel data;
- Maintain and organise physical personnel files and HR documentation;
- Ensure proper filing, archiving and storage of personnel documentation;
- Reconcile paper-based records with electronic records maintained in ƏMAS;
- Support the digitisation and integration of personnel documentation into electronic systems;
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of employee information;
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding personnel documentation and HR administrative processes.
Requirements
- Practical working experience with the ƏMAS system is mandatory;
- Previous experience in HR administration, personnel documentation or personnel records management;
- Good understanding of labour documentation processes and personnel record management;
- Experience maintaining both electronic and paper-based personnel files;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and manage documentation accurately;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Azerbaijani language proficiency required; Russian and/or English would be considered an advantage.
