Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, content planning, and paid advertising campaigns
- Oversee social media channels and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms
- Monitor and optimize website performance, including user experience (UX), A/B testing, and conversion rates
- Plan, execute, and track digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) to measure performance and guide decisions
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, design, and product to align messaging and goals
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing in IT, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Mandatory languages - Azerbaijan, English – fluent, optional - Russian
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with design and UX tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Canva)
- Certifications from Google, Meta
