A Power Vendor Manager is a role focused on overseeing and optimizing relationships with vendors who supply power-related goods and services, such as equipment and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferably in electrical engineering or power distribution);
- Up to 2 years of experience in the IT, Power, or related industries;
- Knowledge of the basic principles of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), types of equipment, their technical specifications, key manufacturers, and suppliers; also Passive equipment and accessories (racks, PDUs, etc.); knowledge of IT Cooling and SCS is an advantage.
- Experience in building relationships with vendors;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian;
- Confident user of Excel, basic knowledge of 1C is a plus;
- Responsible and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Familiarity with logistics processes is considered an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with vendors, customers and sales team in the IT Power direction;
- Assist the team with submitting requests, processing orders, and tracking documentation;
- Organize and monitor the supply of power-related goods and services in accordance with technical requirements;
- Work with the database of vendors, suppliers, and products;
- Track deadlines and manage equipment delivery processes;
- Prepare regular reports.
