Would you like to take your professional experience gained in Türkiye back to Uzbekistan and play a key role in building a new organization?
As part of our expansion and organizational development in Uzbekistan, we are looking for an experienced Regional Manager with a strong background in the food supplements, who is currently living in Türkiye and is willing to relocate to Uzbekistan and continue their career there.
This role will play a key leadership position in establishing a new field organization, building the team from the ground up, and driving regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with the company’s sales targets for Uzbekistan.
- Plan and manage the medical promotion team’s daily and weekly field activities and monitor team performance.
- Provide regular field coaching to team members and identify their development needs.
- Analyze competition, trends, and opportunities in the Uzbekistan market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacies, distributors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Closely monitor product prescriptions, recommendations, availability, and sales performance.
- Analyze regional sales data, market dynamics, and competitor activities to develop effective action plans.
- Ensure the successful execution of product launches, training programs, congresses, and regional promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the effective implementation of company strategies in the field.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present them to management.
- Ensure that all field operations comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university,
- Proven experience in Food Supplements, OTC, OTC (Rx oriented) or pharmaceuticals
- Proven experience in building a field organization and establishing a team from scratch,
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market dynamics,
- Strong network among healthcare professionals and key customers,
- Strong experience in field efficiency, KPI management and regional growth strategies,
- Ability to prepare medical content and deliver scientific meetings and training presentations,
- Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities,
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and field reporting systems,
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel,
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- Currently residing in Türkiye or Azerbaijan and willing to relocate to Uzbekistan to continue their career there
- Proficiency in Turkish or English is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in team or regional management,
- Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan’s pharmaceutical and pharmacy market, healthcare professionals, and distribution channels.
- Strong motivation to transfer their professional experience gained in Türkiye to the Uzbekistan market and contribute to building a new organization.
