Birmarket — the largest marketplace in Azerbaijan. Our client base and brand presence are rapidly growing, and we’re looking for a Copywriter to join the Brand Squad (Growth Tribe).

Role Objective

Ensure a unified, consistent, and high-quality brand tone across all company communications. Create and edit content that strengthens our brand, increases engagement, and drives the performance of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Tone of Voice (TOV)

• Maintain and oversee correct usage of the brand’s TOV across all communications.

SMM & Content Marketing

• Write engaging copy for Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Marketing Materials

• Develop copy for banners, online & offline ads (OOH, TV, radio, POSM, landing pages).
• Create slogans, USPs, campaign names, and promo mechanics.
• Write texts for presentations and branded materials.

CRM (Editing & Proofreading)

• Draft and edit email campaigns, push notifications, and SMS.
• Adapt texts provided by CRM managers to fit brand TOV and boost emotional impact.
• Proofread for correct use of vocabulary, triggers, and grammar.

Digital Advertising

• Write and edit ad copy for digital placements and banners.
• Create and refine ASO (App Store Optimization) texts.

Other Verticals

• Draft and edit texts for internal and external communications.
• Ensure high-quality copywriting and strict alignment with brand TOV.

Tələblər

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of copywriting experience (preferably in e-commerce, digital, or agency).
• Strong knowledge of branding and content marketing principles.
• Experience writing for multiple formats: digital, social media, ATL, BTL, CRM.
• Excellent command of Russian (native-level writing & grammar).
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian (mandatory), English (nice to have).

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience working with editorial policies and TOV guidelines.
• Storytelling and creative concept development skills.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
