What you will do:
- Develop a product matching model between platforms and suppliers.
- Build a demand elasticity model to forecast optimal prices.
- Detect fake discounts using ML algorithms (promo antifraud).
- Work with unstructured and multi-format data from different sources.
- Participate in product decisions, interact with analysts, managers, and technical teams.
- Present results and justify approaches to business stakeholders.
What is important:
- 2–2.5 years of experience as a DS / strong middle level.
- Excellent knowledge of machine learning and statistics.
- Confident SQL skills.
- Programming experience in Python (primarily for DS tasks).
- Strong product mindset: understanding business problems, ability to ask the right questions.
- Experience in pricing tasks — a plus.
- Ability to work with low-quality data, navigate chaotic sources, and extract insights under uncertainty.
- Communication skills: ability to explain complex things in simple terms and justify method choices.
