Job responsibilities
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Develop and execute strategies to increase user acquisition and drive revenue growth
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to enhance campaign performance and reporting
- Conduct A/B tests and user journey analysis to improve conversion rates
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills; experience with Google Looker Studio and other analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer)
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Understanding of funnel metrics and mobile attribution
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani; English is a plus
