• Building and evolving FBB into a full-fledged operating model for marketplace sellers: defining the value proposition, operating principles, and scaling directions.
• Improving key elements of FBB — from seller onboarding and inventory inbound to order processing and returns — with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, and scalability.
• Increasing the share of sellers operating under the FBB model through product enhancements, improved unit economics, and creating attractive conditions for sellers.
• Collaborating with product, logistics, commercial, and operations teams to develop FBB and ensure stable performance across all stages of the model.
• Analyzing key FBB metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and launching initiatives to improve the efficiency of the model for both the platform and sellers.

Tələblər

• 3–5+ years of experience managing operations in e-commerce, logistics, 3PL, or experience managing operations in product/fulfillment teams. 
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inbound supply processes, and inventory management. 
• Experience building operational processes, structures, and KPIs. 
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive decisions based on operational metrics. 
• Experience managing teams and operational workflows.
